NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS

1. For all purchased items and confirmed orders and invoices, any chances, revision or refund is not accepted.

2. There may be a discrepancy in measurement of mattress and sofa/ sofa bed manufactured, which is +/- 1/4 inch (1.9cm) and +/- 3 inches (7.6cm) respectively. Such discrepancy cannot be regarded as a ground of change or compensation.

3. If consumers install or assemble the furniture on their own, our company is not responsible for any problem or damage arising from the instalment or assembly.

4. Our company is not responsible for any kind of problem ir defect of the goods if it is caused bt improper using or handling.

5. For hygiene reasons, all pillows, bedding and mattresses are strictly NON-EXCHANGEABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

6. Our company is not responsibly for product that develop mould if it is a result of poor maintenance or environmental factors.

7. Please do not worry about the special order of newly manufactured mattresses, pillows and other kinds of foam products. The odor will naturally vanish over time. Any changes or refund for this reason is not accepted.

8. There may be a discrepancy in the colour intensity of leather and veneer. Any changes or refund for this reason is not accepted.

9. Our company shall try our best effort to complete the whole deliver and assembly process according to the details listed on the invoice. We apologise for failure due to any reasons. However, our company will not make any refund, change of products or compensation.

10. If our lorry cannot reach the delivery address or the structure of the address building forbids our delivery, we are not responsible for any refund including the delivery and assembling charge.

11. Our company is not responsibly for clearance of the goods' package.

12. If any quality problem or defect is found upon delivery, please contact the store where you make the purchase within 24 hours. After that, our company will not be responsible for any problem reported.

13. All goods must be delivered or collected within two months from the date of purchase. Otherwise, this invoice will be cancelled. No refund will be made.
